Sterling Machine is entering its 5th successful year as a precision CNC supplier
to California based companies.  We have built a sound reputation as a quality 
shop with 35 plus years experience in aerospace, microwave and wireless

• CAPACITY
  Four new CNC machining centers with a machining envelope of 40x20x20
  fully supported with Mastercam off line programming.  We also have support
  equipment for second operations, precision assembly, tapping machines, 
  band saws etc..  We specialize in precision milling so turning capacity is limited.
• QUALITY
  We are approved to MIL SPEC I-45208, the inspection department is fully
  equipped and all instruments and microscopes are calibrated semi-annually.
  A Browne & Sharp CMM confirms all dimensions.  We are certified preferred
  vendors to REMEC, Microwave Solutions and Aethercomm.  We adhere
  strictly to our Quality Control Manual for procedures including first article,
  in process and final inspection criteria, a copy of which is available to you upon
  request as well as references from management and buyers of these companies.
• SERVICE
  Our goal is to provide outstanding service in quality and on time delivery while
  slowly increasing our customer base.  Emergency 24 hour turn-around times are
  available to you.
• COMMUNICATION
  We can receive RFQ's via e-mail, fax or regular mail.  Drawings can be attached in Solidworks,
